Hello and welcome to HCM,
Blood after urinating suggests some problem in the urinary tract and/or the urinary bladder.
Urine test negative for blood rules out any problem in the kidneys.
Common causes of blood in urine after urination are growth in the bladder, presence of posterior urethral valves, etc.
Posterior urethral valves are common in young boys and they cause symptoms of blood in urine, painful urination, obstruction etc.
You need to consult a pediatric surgeon for cystoscopy (viewing of the urinary tract with a scope).
If there is presence of posterior urethral valves, they need to be removed surgically.

Thanks and take care
