What Is The Small Growth On Both Sides Of The Nose?

I have small growth on the left and right side of my nose. They seem to be at the end or near the end of blood vessels. Both are at the same vertical location even with the flared out portion of my nostrils. Their location is about 3/8 inch to the left and right of my nose.
