What Is The Right Treatment For A Person Having Rheumatoid Arthritis, High Blood Pressure, Diabetic?

My mother suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis. She, also, has high blood pressure. In addition, she is diabetic.
Someone recommended Instaflex to alleviate her arthritis. Others has suggested Flexoplex, and jointflex.
Can you please help me to decide what would be better for her. Thank you

There must be some confusion.
Are we talking about rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis.
Rheumatoid arthritis affects hand joint commonly.
Osteoarthritis, in the elderly commonly affects the knee.

If we are indeed talking about osteoarthritis, You can use any of them orally and apply any of them topically. Almost everything has similar formulations and similar effects.

Also exercise to maintain muscle strength and joint mobility without increasing inflammation
