What Is The Right Medicament For Throat Infection And Cold Issues?
Hi My name is Kishan puthran . I m facing running nose and nasal congestion. I also have dry cough and lil throat irritation. I faced the same issue last moth but I had erythromycin and a throat pain relief spray. I was ok but suddenly I m having cold throat irritation and cough. I m having the same spray for throat. Can you suggest me some best medicine for throat infection and cold issues

Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast , Antibiotic azithromycin , Vit C for 5 days.Continue throat pain relief spray.
Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
