What Is The Remedy For Weight Lose?

I have antithyroid and also thyroid problem.my height is 5'1"inch and weight is 55kg now am taking thyronorm.its help to reduce my weightm I do exercise daily before this medicin.but not weight lost.but after know thyroid probs.m taking medicin.my weight will reduce after taking medicin?

Thyroid disease can cause weight problem.
Most important is take daily medicine and weight check ups regularly.
Only medicines for weight will not work.
Diet and exercise along with it will help you a lot.
Take your light breakfast at same time daily.
Take oats in breakfast.
Take protein and fiber rich diet like fresh fruits, green veg, beans etc.
Avoid bread, biscuits, butter, oil, jam etc.
Also avoid oily and spicy diet and also fast food..
Do relaxation therapy and proper rest whole the day.
Take whole grains also instead of refined.
Drink plenty of fluids and fruit juices.
Avoid too much rice and roti too.
Do heavy exercise like cycling or swimming if possible.
D0 brisk walking daily around 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Don't sleep immediately after lunch or dinner.
