General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected Sir, hi evaluated your query thoroughly. I would recommend * light exercises at home only * prevent excessive banding / prolonged sitting / standing / weight lifting with jerks * keep your BP and blood sugar under control * can take analgesic tablets mor and eve after meals if more pain * for heavy head deep breathing exercises and YOGA for 20-20 min mor and eve are the best remedy.* Lastly spondylitis remains under control by certain routine measures taken by your own it`s not that any medicines will cure you for rest of the life. I hope this clears your query . Regards thanks for patience reading of my answer, would love to assist in future regarding any health queries. take care bye
