What Is The Remedy For Sinusitis?

Hi, I have been suffering from bad bouts of sinusitis for several years on & off, the worst bout was last year that lasted for 6 months; the result of all this is I am left with swollen & puffy painful muscle around the right side of the scalp mainly that feels like I have a house brick strapped to my head plus, I have ringing in both ears because the muscle between the ears is consistently swollen and puts pressure on the sinuses and alters my voice to a nasal sound. Part of the problem is that I also suffer from RSI through the neck, shoulders and down the arms because of my desk job. I have recently had my chair changed to an all singing all dancing adjustable chair which has improved back problems etc but it has all now culminated into the head and won't shift! All types of pain killers have been tried without any change, some days are worse than others depending on what I'm doing presumably and how I sleep at night, which can be sporadic sometimes. All suggestions welcome!

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Gone through the history. All the problems may be related to each other.
I would suggest such a patient who has a recurrent problem for such a long time to first undergo a proper clinical examination by an ENT Surgeon and undergo the blood and relevant tests like x-rays and CT scans as per Doctor' advise.
You will require a long treatment.
Self=diagnosis and self-treatment are dangerous.
