What Is The Remedy For Severe Thirst, Lower Abdominal Pain And Swollen Glands In The Throat?

Over the past few weeks I have been drinking over 5 litres of water a day 7 still feeling thirsty, lower abdominal pain on right side near ovary. swallen gland on right side of throat and ear infection right ear, nasiousness which I thought was due to ear ache & swallen gland near throat.

It because of dehydration, you have to take lot of oral fluids with electrolite powder. And take fruits and dress juices
