What is the remedy for muscle fatigue?

Hi, I have fluid retention mainly in my hands, feet and ankles accompanied by muscle fatigue in my limbs up to my buttocks. I have recently started Endep medication as my usual medicaton Tofrinal is out of stock in Australia. I have had blood tests and are waiting for the results. My main concern is the muscle fatigue which feels like they need to rest ie if I walk up the hallway or now that I am typing my muscles feel tired, pulled and can at times cramp.

Hello,

I have studied your case.
Muscle cramps can be reduced by
Massaging the cramped muscle with your hands or oil
Drinking plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration
Stretching your leg muscles or riding a stationary cycle.
Taking diet rich in calcium and potassium or oral supplements of the same
Check your vit B12 and Vit D 3 levels.

Further treatment can be done according to your blood reports.

Till time, avoid lifting weights, You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
