i am suffering from severe headache for the last 4 years. pain in my right side of skull. pain usually appears at specific timing. e.g. once it appeared at noon then it continously appeared at noon. now i am feeling pain in the morning which regularly appears at about 7am in the morning. but i donot feel any nausea or vomiting. what I am sufferig from and what i should do?
It seems to be a tension headache. it is usuallly a tight band like feel in the head not associated with nausea vomiting. If it is occuring daily you need to take some prophylactic medicine like s-citalopram or tryptomer, need to do yoga or meditation to calm your self. 15-30 min brisk walk in morning or evening is very helpful. in acute pain tab naproxen works well. pls consult a pain physician or neurologist.
