Hello,

It is not clear if you have hypothyroidism as a consequence of Hashimoto's thyroiditis. HAirfall may not be solely due to that. Are you a male or female and what is your age?
The elevated Anti TPO is due to HAshimoto's thyroiditis. THERE IS ABSOLUTLY NO NEED TO RECHECK ANti TPO and Anti TG etc again and again.

Unless and until we know the root cause of hairfall, it is difficult to comment further.

My advice would be to check TSH and Free T4 and write to me with that report

Regards
Binu
