I have fluid behind my retina. have two injections and will receive my third later this month. first injection did great -- 70% improvement. 2nd injection not so well. Is this normal and what is the next step if this is not completely corrective?
Hello It seems from the history that you are having fluid in the retina and this condition is called as cystoid macular edema. The treatment is by use of steroids and antiinflammatory drugs. The treatment you are in the form of steroid injections is correct and you can continue treatment as advised by your doctor.
Thank you
