I ve been feeling soreness around my boobs, been getting dizziness and vision is starting to become unclear. I have slight abdominal pain but not that it hurts too much. I don t feel like puking, but there s days where I cough and then I feel better. I don t have back pain though. What could this be?

Hi, you have not mentioned your age. they could represent perimenopausal symptoms if you are around or above 45 years.
other than that, getting dizzy and blurred vision may also be due to low blood pressure, an infection in sinuses or mastoid which also explains your cough.
If you can also post your co morbid illnesses and any other medicines you are using, we could help you further.
all the best.
