What Is The Remedy For Anal Bleeding While Defecating ?
Dear doctor, My husband age 28 male weigh 75kg. height 5 feet 11 He is usually healthy. Doesn t complain even any weakness. But from few months, he has occasional anal bleeding while defecating. He has constipation too on and off. This bleeding happens once or twice in a day and for 2-3 days and stops. then after a month or 20 days it would repeat. His daily diet is rice and chicken curry(Indian)from childhood. Doesn t have coffee or tea or milk or yogurt. Never had issues. He is fit in the sense exercises and active. Does drink decent amount of water. Please tell me what could be the reason. is it a serious concern. What could be the remedy.

The most likely cause of your husband's anal bleeding are hemorrhoid, perhaps internal hemorrhoids. This is even more so the case if the blood is bright red and streaked on the movement.
His diet is very deficient in fiber. He urgently need to to add to his diet fruit, vegetables, potato skin, whole grain, bran and whatever fiber is available where you live. His constipation is the problem, his diet is the cause.

Hi,
Anal bleeding may occur due to piles or anal fissures. In both cases there is mild to moderate burning or cutting pain during defecating. Constipation is the main cause for anal bleeding.
Your husband may use following Homeopathic medicines which are quite safe and have good effect:-
1) Millefolium Q 10 drops two times a day with some water.
2) Phosphorus 30 three times a day.
3) Sulphur 1M One dose early morning empty stomach every week.
Avoid highly spicy food. Avoid brinjals in the diet. For constipation Isabgol may be taken with hot milk.
