Hello
It seems from the history that your daughter having black eye following injury and a bump on the head.
The black eye is because of collection of blood in the layers of the skin of eyelids and the bump is because of collection of blood in the layers of scalp.
Both these are self limiting conditions and no treatment is required as both are self resolving conditions and will resolve over 10-14 days.
Since your daughter does not seem to have signs of head injury no need to worry. Applying cold compression will hasten the recovery.

Thank you
