Hi You need not to worry. First of all poping and crackling soumd may be due to arthritis or meniscusinjury too. But in your case as you have been diagnosed with acl tear it has to be repaired by a tendon graft and for that you have to consult an knee arthroscopist. While repairing your acl he too can see the status of your meniscus and if need meniscectomy can be done. Second swelling in back of knee with fluid is generally popliteal cyst it may compress the nerve running behind it causing numbness in foot. It need to be excised but with help of plastic and vascular surgeon because nerves and arteries run near it. For quadricepa tear need to get to what extent it is tear if partial can treat conservately and if complete need to get itrepaired. This too can be done by plastic or ortho surgeon. Get well soon. Thank you.
