What Is The Reason For Still Birth For Which Doctor Has Prescribed Susten, Fertigyn?

Hello Dr

My wife is pregnant of dix week as per ultrasound.last time in September she had still birth of five and half months.last time she had high blood pressure 160/100 due to that fluid was very less so still birh happend.now this time bp is 130/90.doctor has prescribed susten,fertigyn hp 5000,cezed,anofer sp.
pls suggest me.

Thanks for the query.
The possibilities of still birth are many but in your wife case may be .
1 Therapeutic incompatibility may be the most important cause . Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood grouping of both of you.
2 The next possibility may be due to hypertension . As at present , even six weeks pregnancy BP is so high , so get in regular check up ( ante natal check up till delivery )
3 As your doctor prescribed i.e. progesterone, chorionic gonadotrophine , multi vitamins for safe pregnancy but still few precautions are necessary.
So get in ANC ( ante natal care ) weekly , blood grouping , rest even complete bed rest , ultrasound fetal study .
In my opinion consult another gynecologist / physician and act as team for successful pregnancy.
