hi,thanks for query,what I understand from your question is that you are having itch and odour from your private parts along with backache.If you are female then this possibility indicates some infection in your genital tract.Please visit your doctor and get your self examined,you may need some tests like urine test,blood counts etc.for proper diagnosis.
