What Is The Reason For Having Soft Red Lump On Inner Thigh?

I have a soft red lump on inner thigh - it doesn't hurt but thought it was a spot so pierced it and no puss but red blood - hasn't gone down and still doesn't hurt I couldn't even feel the pin pierce the skin. It feels like a lump under the skin like a baked bean and that to feels very soft

Hi

You seem to be having a lipoma over the thigh.

This is basically a collection of fat cells.
It is a benign swelling and can be left on its own in most cases.
Only if it causes any problems like any increase in size or any associated pain, then you might consider its removal.
In that case you should either see a dermatologist or a surgeon.
If it is not causing any pain or any other symptoms, then you might leave it on its own only.
