What Is The Reason For Having Positive Results For Pregnancy And Ovulation Tests?

I have PCOS and I am 20 years old. I took a pregnancy test and an,ovulation test both came back positive. Im wondering if this is possible to have both be positive. And also if its possoble for me to get pregnant without fertility drugs some people have said its not possible with poly cystic ovarian syndrome. I would like to know if its possible if I am pregnant. my fiance also smokes mirajuanna and I know thay lessens sperm count so...also the both lines show up,on the pregnancy test but one is a slight lighter colored. But I read its just because of the hcg levels... If you could answer asap that would be great thanks!

Hello madam, well ovulation is a process of release of an oocyte from the ovarian follicle, ovulation usually occurs on 14th day in a women with 28 days cycle (regular cycles)...only following ovulation after oocyte is released, the sperm and the oocyte meet and undergo fertilization resulting in pregnancy, so in case you are pregnant, both lines will show positive......In very early weeks of pregnancy your urine test may show faintly positive lines, that is because your HCG levels are low...HCG levels reach to peak at around 60 to 70 days....But it always better to do an ultrasound to confirm it is an intrauterine pregnancy...PCOD is a common disorder in women of reproductive age group...most of them do conceive spontaneously....

Ovulation & pregnancy can both occur without treatment in women with PCOS.
So, you can rely on the results. You may confirm the results after sometimes by doing an ultrasound.
