What Is The Reason For Fullness In Stomach After Surgery?

I had a cervical disc displacement surgery 3 months ago. Since that time I have had this really full feeling in my stomach even when I have eaten all day. I force myself to eat because I know I should eat. Before the surgery I had no problems with my stomach. What is going on here? Also, I have no bowel problems.
