What Is The Reason For Frequent Urination, More Thirst And Dizziness?

i have been feeling very irritable lately and I haven't been sleeping well because I have this overwhelming urge to pee throughout the day and night. I also wet the bed on a few occasions and I am thirsty and at times dizzy. What do you think I am suffering from?

Hello
May be due to .
1 Diabetes , diagnosis can be confirmed by HBA 1 C and blood sugar examination after meal and on empty stomach.
2 Tension is the most important reason , so also stress.
3 Urinary tract infection , diagnosis can be confirmed by urine culture and lab examination.
4 If you are MALE & around 55 years prostate may be the most important reason.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as above mentioned .
Good luck. Dr. HET
