Hi ! Good morning. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

On the dietary front you should avoid eating from outside, especially fast and fried food, as some of its components could give rise to sensitivity reactions to your intestinal mucosa resulting in such symptoms. If this is not the case, I would advise you for a complete blood count, liver function test, a routine stool test for ova and cyst, a urine routine/culture sensitivity test and an ultrasound of abdomen if need be. Till that I would advise you for some kind of proton pump inhibitor, along with a probiotic drug. Further treatment would depend on a clinical examination and the investigation reports.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
