What Is The Prognosis Post Squamous Cell Cancer?

67 year old male, has had left lower lobe of lung removed due to squamus cell cancer in July. Tumour fully removed by a different type of cancer cell (began with a) found in lymph thing they took out. Had 4 cycles of chemo now has bilateral pulminary embolism. Awaiting full scan results. What are the odds of a good result?
