What Is The Problem In Having Longitudinal Septum Fetus ?

hi im 32weeks into my pregnancy my babt is lieing longitudinal cept free so sitting on the pelic brim .i just spoke to the midwife and she told me i would have a long and painfull recovery can someone tell me what she is means by that help asap

Longitudinal lie means baby's spine is parallel to mother's spine.
I think by 'cept' ------ she must have meant cephalic.
this is a desirable position of the fetus.
If at 32 wks the baby has not descended in pelvis, dont worry there is a lot of time for the baby to do that.
There is a big chance that you will have a normal delivery, however cesarean is always an option.
If you could attach the whole ultrasound report then things can be assessed better.
