What Is The Possible Treatment For Frequent Depression ?
hello sir, my friend has frequent depression . he taken clonazepam, amitrip, and etizolam, for mind relaxation. pls tell any one suitable drug for his depression and mental restless problems

There is no one drug treatment ;depression problems are treated according to the symptoms & severity of the problems .As per the doctor may be he requires multiple drugs like Amytrip for neuronal reuptake of serotonin;clonazepam for prevention of mental hyperactivity etc .Let him follow the treatment of his doctor you just give him mora support & counselling & he should recover from depression soon.

He is already on medicines, let him continue . He may need psychological help which can be obtained by a Psychotherapist.

Your friend is already receiving suitable drugs . Let him continue. In addition he should start Yoga practice. It will help him a lot. He should begin with Bhastrika pranayam by taking deep inspiration and deep expiration.each cycle should take five seconds. This breathing exercise should continue at least for 20 minutes every morning .
