Hello,
I can understand your concern and if i were your treating doctor, i would definitely go for planned C.S., because during vaginal deliveries, there are chances of more blood loss and that can affect your heart function. Also in vaginal deliveries, it takes time and you can be exhausted during that time. You have not mentioned about your BP.
My advise to you in mitral valve prolapse and tricuspid regurgitation, you must plan C.S., which is more safe for you and your baby.
Hope this will help you.
