What Is The Medication For Swollen Ankle After Hitting Pallet Jack?
Hey today is wednesday, the 5th of december. last thursday i rammed a pallet jack at work into my left ankle. Thier is no bruising on the skin and very little swelling appeared. But it hurts to put weight on it , move it up and down, or rotate it. What could possibly be wrong

This suggests a contusion there. Try taking an analgesic like Ibuprofen for 3-5 days. Also, give rest to the area and keep the limb elevated. If no improvement in 3 days, kindly consult your doctor, as we might need to have an X-ray too.
