welcome to Health care magic.
1.The reports says infection / inflammation in the sinuses. Diagnosis is likely Pan sinusitis.
2.It is seen as your reports says thickening - which causes blockage for breathing and nerve irritation causes pain symptoms.
3.Nasal septum deviation is not a thing to worry - its one of the variant.
4.In your case initially an antibiotic treatment is tried - if symptoms persists.
5.FESS - Functional endoscopic sinus surgery is treatment of choice.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
