General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Please note that size of ovaries is 2 to 3 cm in both sides.
Your ovaries are normal in size.
As your ovaries have multiple follicles and there is complaint of irregular menses, a doubt of polycystic ovarian syndrome is existing.

You should undergo hormonal profile as estrogen, testosterone , lh , fsh , prolactin, sugar level and thyroid profile.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi ,
