What Is The Dosage Of Promethazine For A Child Of 4 Yrs With Asthma?

I have a 4 year old daughter 34 lbs, with asthma. She is sick with a tight cough and is using her nebulizer three times daily. Her dr prescribed her promethazine/codeine 6.25/10mg. The label was torn of by accident and I can't get in touch with her dr because they are out of the office for the weekend. I just need to know the proper dosage of promethazine to administer to her. I thought the pharmacist said 1/4 tsp, but I want to be sure. Any advice/recommendations? Sincere thanks! :)

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem it creates little doubts because "promethazine" and "Codeine" may not prescribed for pediatric age group, if the child has got the asthma problem then this condition better can be control with bronchodilator and antihistamine, steroid can be given in certain cases, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
