The diet chart for 3500 kcals cannot be provided here on line as the reason is that there are few limitations.The main problem is different countries have different food habits and even the availability matters.I would suggest you to visit a dietitian nearby or a Gym where there is dietitian and get the diet chart from him/her because the dietitian will give you proper diet advice as well as the exact food replacement based on your choice and food preferences.
