I can understand your concern for the high uric acid.
There's nothing to worry it will return to its normal level if you follow certain life style modifications such as:
1. Avoid alcohol or alcohol containing beverages like beer, etc.
2. Avoid consuming red meat, organ meals like
liver & kidneys.
3. Avoid eating shrimps ("jhingaa'), beans (like "raaj maa"), red pulses ("masoor daal"), or legumes as they contain high purines.
4. You can eat chicken, fish, eggs, lean meat (mutton).
5. Drink plenty of water so as to enhance the elimination of uric acid through the kidneys.
6. If the uric acid level does not reduce consult a physician for possible use of medication (
Allopurinol) to reduce the level.
