What Is The Diagnosis For Symptoms Like Weight Loss, Nausea, Diarrhea, Fatigue And Anal Fissures ?

Hi i have been seeing a gastrologist for nearly a year but he cant seem to find anything wrong. I have had a colonoscopy, endoscopy, stool and urine tests, blood tests and barium xray. My symptoms are weight loss, stomach pains after eating, nausea, diarrheoa, constipation, fatigue, anal fissures, and i have also bleed, loss of appetite and bloating after eating,



Can you be diagnosed and show the symptoms of diseases such as crohns and celiac disease whilst in remission? Or can it only be diagnosed during flare ups?
