What Is The Cause Of Unusual Fatigue?

hi, i has been a month i got heart pain, a slight pain, sometimes just as some one tickling my heart and sometime note able that i cannot lay down straight and on by back exactly opposite to heart i feel something got stuck, got ECG but it was clear,i also ignored that may be it was some gas trouble, these days heart is OK i am suffering with unusual fatigue, all the time i feel sleepy. Sometimes i feel as fatigued as someone can feel getting well after fever, I got my routine blood test, nothing abnormal, just these HGB 100 g/l , HCT 32% , MCV 74.5 fL, MCH 23 pg, MCHC 311g/l, CV 17.30%, could it be reason of my fatigue? my problem is I am in China and i cannot explain doctors about my exact feelings in Chinese.

There is a possibility that the fatigue and tiredness you feel is due to anemia.
The signs and symptoms of anemia may vary. They include features like generalized tiredness, fatigue, discomfort in legs and back, headache, and sometimes even breathlessness and palpitaions.

From your counts and report, I feel you may be developing an iron deficiency anemia. I would suggest to any patient I was treating a test of iron, TIBC, ferritin, Vitmain B 12 and folate.

Of course I would personally wait for the reports before starting the medications.

I would also suggest testing the vitamin D, thyroid profile and blood sugars. On occasions, either of them may present with similar features. So it would be a good idea to test them as well.
