What Causes Unusual Fatigue Despite Restful Sleep?

I ve been getting a very good night s sleep every night. Recently however, for a few months now, I have experienced fatigue unlike anything I have seen before. Every day no matter how much sleep I get I feel as if I haven t slept in days, and I find complex thought impossible.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there,
If I were your consult ing doctor I will ask you to get a CBC done. This is a blood test that checks for your HB , rbc count MCV and also your platelets. Also checking your Tsh,,T3 T4 will be beneficial. The type of tiredness that you describe can be due to anaemia. If you get back to me with these reports we can discuss your further course of treatment.
Hope this helps,
Please feel free to address any further queries to me,
I find this answer helpful
