What Is The Cause Of Tightness In Lower Abdomen?
I am 30 years old, had a tubal ligation January 15,2004. My menstral cycle has been like clockwork for the last 5 years and I am currently 13 days late. I took a HPT and the result was negative. My lower abdomen is rock hard and tight. Could the HPT be wrong? Or could it just be a hormonal issue?
