What Is The Cause Of Knee Pain?

I started joging and did this for 2 continous weeks then stoped. After 3 days, I started feeling a sharp pain in my knees to a point of failing to walk. The pain has pesisted for 8 days now. When I sleep, I sometimes feel coldness in both legs. What could be the problem?

Hello,
It is likely that you have some inflammation in your knees causing your symptoms. Use warm compresses, ibuprofen and keep your legs propped up as much as possible. If it does not resolve, see a doctor. Next time start more slowly and let your body get used to the new exercise program
