What Is The Cause Of Fluttering On Forehead Above Right Eye?
About 3 weeks ago I noticed a flutterring on my forehead that went on for a few days, about 2 " above my right eye. It went away, but is back today. I checked my blood pressure (thinking it might be a vein throbbing) with my home monitor this morning, it's about 125-130/75-80. I take 10mg ramipril daily. i'm wondering what could be causing this feeling?

It seems from the history that you are having fluttering of fore head above the right eye.
Thus can be a part of benign eye lid twitching or facial spasm.
This cannot be because of vein thrombosis as you are suspecting as vein thrombosis isa painful condition and it persists and it will not resolve without treatment.
However if the fluttering is recurrent need to undergo examination by physician to rule out facial nerve irritation as a cause.
