OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
During pregnancy due to the effect of progesterone hormone bowel movements slow down.
This leads to constipation.
Straining due to constipation can lead analysis fissure, hemorrhoids etc.
These can lead to bleeding during defecation, pain etc.
Straining can lead increased vaginal discharge also.
So you once consult gynecologist, get examined.
With her advice take laxative for few days to treat the constipation.
Then local antihemorrhoidal cream can be used.
Take plenty of water, fluids, fruits, vegetables etc to avoid constipation.
Take care.
