What Is The Cause For Twinges On Left Side And Centre Of Chest?

I m a 21 year old man and Iv had chest pains for a year nearly, countless ECGs and blood pressure and one blood test everything come back normal, they labelled it anxiety? Now I keep getting twinges on my left side and sometimes in the centre of my chest and it s worrying me can you help?

Seeing your age and taking note of the type of symptoms, i`m also of the opinion that your symptoms are a result of anxiety. I suggest do not worry unnecessarily. You may take some vitamin supplements, calcium and vit D supplements.
