What Is The Cause For Redness In The Corner Of My Eye?

I have had redness in the corner of my eye for about 5 weeks now.. It's pinkish red with tiny blood vessels with. Larger squiggly one... It's aeems like it happened after I got a bug in my eye.. I'm wondering if this redness will go Away.. It's feels scratchy someitmes but no other symptoms

It seems from the history that you had a injury to the eye following it you are having redness in the corner of the eye.
This redness is probably because of collection of blood under the conjunctiva called as subconjunctival hemorrhage. The condition is usually self limiting and it will resolve by 3-4 weeks even without treatment.
Applying cold compress over closed eye lids may hasten the recovery.
But if the condition is not resolving it needs examination by a eye doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
