What Is The Cause For Migraines, chronic Fatigue, fibro And Resting Heart Rate Being 104bpm When On Xanax?

my wife suffers migraines, chronic fatigue, Fibro.. Resting heart rate is 104 bpm, it makes her very uncomfortable and anxious. Xanax helps but with CFS that is very self-defeating. Would EKG ECHO reveal something and if not what are the options. She is very frustrated and despondent about all of this besides all the specialists we have seen about a host of problems.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand you concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry. Your wife, as you already know, is an anxiety patient. It is normal for an anxiety patient to have a resting heart beat count of 104. But in long run it is dangerous. Xanax helps because it is anti-anxiety drug which makes her body relaxed by lessening some body neron actions. Xanax cannot give her full cure. She should learn how to relax. Relaxxation is the key for anxiety reduction. Ask her to practice yoga and meditation.

Hope this answers your quey. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
