I have just had the copper IUD inserted for the third time. The first time was fine, no pain or bleeding (3 yrs ago). The second time it was expelled, so have had the third one inserted, but this time I can still feel it inside me as well as bright red bleeding (more than spotting though, but not extremely heavy). It's been 4 days now and I'm just a little concerned if there may be a problem. Please let me know if this is normal, and why I may be bleeding?
