What is the best treatment to cure constipation ?

I am suffering from Constipation .My age is 20,male,weight 70 kg and height 6ft. During my childhood days from birth up to 3 years,I used to suffer from constipation and blood in faeces. My diet was also healthy at that time. After this age everything went fine.I didn t suffer from constipation. When i attained the age of 12 years,I start getting acute pain in my stomach but didn t suffer from constipation. We did all the test and nothing found in my intestine.I took Ayurveda Medicines and continued it for 10 months. After completing the course of medicines everything went fine.During my teenage years I had eaten quite junk foods(was not a voracious eater). Now when I crossed the age of 16 constipation again attacked me but this time I suffered from constipation and flatulence only.I again had taken Ayurveda Medicine along with Aloevera juice and Indian gooseberry juice(amla). My mind completely completely changes and i became health conscious and had given up junk foods and other outside foods. After completing the Ayurveda Medicines constipation was gone. Ayurveda doctors told me to undergo Panchkarma kriya Now i have been eating only healthy foods(like all types of dry fruits, legumes, all kinds of vegetable, seasonal fruits, whole grain like oats, wheat bran and flax seed chapati, juices) for 2.5 years.Even after this strict diets I still suffer from constipation and it occurs in way that for a 15days i usually have bulky stools and for month I usually have light ant not bulky stools.presently i am not taking any medicines. I usually go to bed around 2am and wake up at 8am because of my engineering studies.I have 1 bowl movement per day but cannot clear my intestine well like a one who has healthy digestive system. Is allopathy and homeopathy has effective treatment for constipation? sir, please give me the effective solution so that i will not affect my professional life in future. Constipation persist when i don t take Aloevera and Amla juice and when i take these juices i able to clear my intestine well. NOTE-I have holidays for two months.I am not suffering from any disease right now except constipation(no acute pain, flatulence, gas, only vegetarian and no skin problems ) thanks to daily yoga and exercises. There is no worms in intestine and in faeces. Blood test are above average.

Good Day
You appear to have your bowel movements under control as of now. Am glad to understand that you are incorporating exercise into your daily regime. You also need to eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet everyday. Include lettuce, palak or spinach as well as they improve the roughage load in the intestines. Drink 1-2 litres of water a day. If you have occasional constipation for 2-3 days you may take 2 tablespoons of Ispaghulla husk and add it to a 180ml glass of warm water and drink towards evening, that you may have your bowel movement by morning. You may eat sesame seeds, around half a handful whenever you get constipation. Try these methods for good relief.
