What Is The Best Medicine For Sinus Pressure?
Hi, for the past year I have had sinus pressure and have been using Flonase. It has helped 40-60% of the pressure. Usually it wears off late evening and I get very tired as the pressure increases. Today I had the same pressure I have while flying, but it was late afternoon. The pressure is random, and I m very worried it s serious. I would greatly appreciate some advice. I am very worried and have tension and chronic situational stress as well.

As per your query you have sinus pressure problem which get some better with Flonase . Well sinus pressure you mention in query can occur due ti infection of sinus limning which is also known as sinusitis and it cause congestion . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination without any delay as the infection from sinus can spread to other areas due post nasal drip . Doctor may order CT scan or other imaging techniques , blood tests and nasal endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) at least for 10 days along with decongestant and expectorant . Fow now take steam several times a day to relieve the congestion or pressure , drink glass of warm water with spoon of honey in it and continue Flonase .
