What Is Meant By C4-C5 Narrowing?

My xray report of my cervical spine says, Reversal of the normal cervical lordosis. predominantly anterior marginal osteophytes neural foraminal narrowing on right at C4-C5 narrowing slightly greater extent on the left from C4-C7. Could you explain what this means?
