What is congestion, erythema and granularity in the antrum with non-erosive gastritis and how does this affect your health? I am a 32 year old female, and I weigh 273 pounds. My height is about 5.5 feet, and I had gallbladder surgery about 11years ago.

These sound like histologic findings of endoscopy. These findings can just mean over perfusion of the area, increased cell growth, without evidence of gastritis (inflammation of the stomach)
