Hi,
I can feel your pain and i would like to tell you that sometimes backache becomes very severe during pregnancy due to compression of lower spine because of changing of baby's position. You can not do anything than waiting to change the baby's position. You can do hot water massage on paining area and it will wonderfully heal your pain. Sleep in left lateral position and follow up regularly with your gynecologist.
So don't loose your mind and bear the pain for some more time and it will go away for sure.
