What Indicates Ectopic Beat, Tiredness, Thirsty, Anemia,low Iron And B12 Deficiency?

Hi I am always tired, have had palpitations and hr up to 138 bpm had ecg which showed ectopics. Now I m tired, hot some times, cold others. Dizzy/ confused on occasion. Thirsty sometimes ( but I ve always drank alot of water). Passing water fine. Had bloods which shows anaemia of 10.1 , low iron and b12 deficient. Now awaiting gastro review to see why Im deficient. What could my problem be?

Hi,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.

The tired, confused, dizzy and cold is explained easily by the anemia. As for the cause of your anemia, since your iron and vitamin B12 levels are low, I am assuming that your doctor is having you checked for celiac disease (gluten allergy).
If the diagnosis is celiac disease, you will have to change your diet and take iron supplements in order to get your iron levels back to normal.
